The Braemar Suite combines two interconnected spaces that work brilliantly as one large meeting room or can be divided to create more intimate settings. Red upholstered chairs provide comfortable seating for up to 60 delegates in boardroom configuration, while the neutral walls and patterned carpeting create a professional backdrop for your discussions. Natural daylight streams through the large windows dressed with elegant drapes, keeping everyone alert during those crucial afternoon sessions. We've installed built-in screens in both sections of the suite, with an LCD projector permanently mounted in Section 1, so there's no need to worry about technical setup eating into your meeting time. The flexible layout adapts to your needs, whether you prefer classroom style for 40 participants, U-shaped seating for 32, or theatre arrangement for 30 attendees. For more social gatherings, we can arrange banquet seating for 40 or cocktail reception setup accommodating the same number. The partition wall between Braemar 1 and 2 allows you to create breakout spaces or expand into one continuous room depending on your agenda. Positioned within the Castle suite area, you'll find the Braemar Suite easily accessible from our main reception. The convenience extends beyond the hotel too, with Heathrow Airport just five miles away, making international attendance straightforward. During breaks, your team can grab coffee from our Brew Bar Lounge or enjoy a proper meal at Market Kitchen or Pizza da Marco.
