The Bill Boeing Room serves as our primary conference space, where aerospace executives regularly gather for board meetings and industry panels. We've designed this room to handle everything from intimate strategy sessions to full-scale conferences for 250 delegates, with the flexibility to transform the space based on your specific requirements. Blue and gold carpeting runs throughout the room, creating a distinguished atmosphere that our corporate clients particularly appreciate. We've installed permanent AV infrastructure including multiple wall-mounted screens, projectors, and a full PA system, which means your presentations run smoothly without external equipment hire. The raised stage area with professional lighting works perfectly for keynote speakers and panel discussions, while the lectern positioning ensures clear sightlines from every seat. For training sessions and workshops, we arrange the room classroom-style for 80 participants, each with proper desk space for laptops and materials. When hosting gala dinners or awards ceremonies, our team reconfigures the space for 150 seated guests at round tables, often adding mood lighting to complement the occasion. Standing receptions flow naturally here too, with space for 300 guests to network comfortably.
