Ground floor access makes the Olympic Room particularly convenient for teams arriving with equipment or materials. We've hosted everything from board meetings to training workshops in this space, with natural light flooding through the large windows that overlook our gardens. The blue chairs around our oval table create a comfortable environment where ideas flow naturally. Our venue equipped this room with a SMART Board that connects seamlessly to the PC we've installed with SMARTBoard software, making interactive presentations straightforward. The projector serves as an alternative display option, while flipcharts and markers are always ready for spontaneous brainstorming. We know technology can sometimes be tricky, so everything is set up to work reliably from the moment you arrive. The room's flexibility shows in how we can arrange it: boardroom style fits 12 people comfortably around the central table, perfect for focused discussions. Need more attendees? Theatre style accommodates 20, while U-shaped seating for 14 works brilliantly for training sessions where everyone needs to see the presenter and screen clearly. Classroom layout seats 8 with individual workspace, and we can arrange reception style for 10 when you need people mingling. Between sessions, your team can step directly into the gardens for fresh air, something many groups tell us helps maintain energy during long meetings. Free parking right outside means no one arrives stressed about finding a space, and our secure bike storage encourages those who prefer cycling. Public transport connections work well too, with regular services stopping nearby. Coffee, tea, water and biscuits come as standard throughout your booking. For longer sessions, we arrange buffet catering at an additional cost, delivered directly to your room at agreed times.
