The Dubai Meeting Room combines Victorian elegance with everything you need for productive meetings in Westminster. That original fireplace catches everyone's eye as they enter, its ornate detailing preserved from our building's 19th-century origins. We've found the room works beautifully for board meetings and strategy sessions, with natural light streaming through the large windows creating an energising atmosphere for your discussions. We've arranged the space to seat 12 comfortably around our polished wooden table, whether you're hosting a formal board meeting or working lunch. The contemporary circular light fixtures overhead provide excellent illumination for note-taking, while the sheer curtains allow you to adjust the natural light levels throughout the day. Our modern black chairs ensure comfort during longer sessions, and the climate control keeps everyone focused regardless of the weather outside. The flatscreen TV mounted on the wall connects seamlessly with laptops for presentations, and we've installed conference call capabilities that actually work properly - clear audio in both directions. The PA system handles larger presentations effortlessly. We know connectivity matters, so our Wi-Fi extends reliably throughout the room. Westminster Station sits just a short walk away, making arrival straightforward for your guests. The building's lift provides access to all floors, and we've ensured full wheelchair accessibility throughout. Our Victorian marble reception and mosaic-tiled lobby create quite an impression as guests arrive, setting a professional tone before they even reach the meeting room. Our in-house catering team from Searcys brings their British seasonal menus to your meetings, from working breakfasts through to formal dining. They handle dietary requirements expertly and know exactly how to serve without disrupting your agenda. For evening receptions, we can arrange drinks and canapés, and you're welcome to provide your own music or bring a DJ to personalise the atmosphere.
