The Galahad meeting room catches your eye the moment you enter, with sunlight streaming through floor-to-ceiling windows that run along one wall. We've designed this space to adapt to however you prefer to work, accommodating up to 22 people in theatre style, or creating more intimate settings with boardroom layouts for 14, U-shaped arrangements for 12, or cabaret style for 16 delegates. Those bright red chairs aren't just for show, they're surprisingly comfortable for those longer strategy sessions, and the circular ceiling lights create just the right ambiance without harsh glare on presentation screens. Speaking of which, our wall-mounted flat-screen TV serves as your main presentation hub, positioned perfectly so everyone has a clear view regardless of where they're seated. We're just a 10-minute walk from Leeds city centre and the train station, which means your delegates won't battle traffic to reach us. The Royal Armouries Museum sits right next door, and Leeds Dock stretches out nearby, both offering natural break spots when minds need refreshing between sessions.
