Our team sets up the Studio Space each morning, arranging the colorful chairs and dark wooden floors that have become a signature of this 50-person meeting room. Located in Fitzrovia's lower ground floor, just minutes from Euston Square, Camden Town, and Kings Cross stations, we've created a flexible environment that adapts to your specific meeting requirements. The room's mirrored wall runs along one side, which we've found particularly useful when clients need to practice presentations or run interactive training sessions. Our ceiling-mounted projector connects directly to your devices and displays onto the retractable screen, while the PA system with Bluetooth surround sound ensures crystal-clear audio throughout the space. We regularly configure the 50 chairs and 18 tables into theatre, classroom, boardroom, U-shaped, or cabaret layouts, depending on what works best for your session. During breaks, participants often gather around our kitchenette area or relax on the comfortable sofas, where informal discussions naturally continue. The eco-friendly chalk wall has become a favorite feature for brainstorming sessions, offering a sustainable alternative to flip charts, though we do provide traditional flip chart stands and a podium lectern for more formal presentations. Our contemporary space works equally well for corporate training days, creative workshops, team meetings, or interview panels. The adaptable lighting allows you to set the right atmosphere for focused work or collaborative sessions, while our colorful sound buffers improve acoustics without creating visual distraction. Please note that access is via stairs only to our lower ground floor location. We can arrange refreshments including tea and coffee for an additional cost. Every booking at our venue directly supports youth programs across Camden and Westminster, adding community value to your meeting space rental.
