Our two intimate meeting rooms work perfectly for those moments when you need a quiet space for focused discussions or confidential conversations. Each room accommodates up to three people comfortably, making them ideal for one-on-ones, small team meetings, or interview situations where privacy matters. Step into the first room and you'll find yourself in a thoughtfully arranged space with a pair of contemporary armchairs and a compact sofa grouped around a sleek triangular coffee table. The soft furnishings create an atmosphere that feels more like a comfortable living room than a typical meeting space, which our clients tell us helps put everyone at ease. Natural light filters through the window, while carefully chosen artwork on the walls adds character without distraction. The second room offers a slightly different feel with three ergonomic chairs positioned around a white coffee table. We've added a bright orange filing cabinet that brings energy to the space, and the large window provides excellent natural light throughout the day. The minimalist approach here means fewer distractions during important conversations, while the soft carpeting underfoot helps maintain a quiet environment. Both rooms come with whiteboard facilities for those times when you need to map out ideas visually. You'll have access to our kitchenette for refreshments, and our reception team welcomes your guests between 9 AM and 5 PM on weekdays. The building sits conveniently in Headington with good transport links, making it easy for participants to reach us. These smaller spaces prove particularly effective for HR discussions, coaching sessions, strategic planning between key stakeholders, or any meeting where you need complete focus without the echo of a large boardroom.
