The original fireplace anchors the space, while fresh flowers on the mantelpiece and carefully chosen artwork create an atmosphere that feels both professional and welcoming. We find teams naturally settle into productive conversations here, perhaps because the room feels more like a well-appointed study than a corporate meeting space. The oval table sits at the perfect height for laptops and notebooks, surrounded by comfortable blue chairs that support those longer strategy sessions. Natural light streams through the large window overlooking the quiet street below, with adjustable vertical blinds giving you complete control over brightness and privacy. The warm wooden floors and light walls create a calm backdrop that helps maintain focus without feeling stark or impersonal. We've equipped the room with everything modern meetings require. The Wi-Fi handles video calls without breaking a sweat, and we have projectors and flipcharts ready when you need them. Five minutes' walk brings you to either Queensway or Lancaster Gate stations, with Hyde Park even closer if you fancy stretching your legs between sessions. Many groups appreciate being able to step out into the park during breaks, returning refreshed for afternoon sessions. We're happy to help arrange catering from local suppliers, and our fully licensed premises mean post-meeting drinks are always an option.
