The Teal Room lives up to its name with calming blue-green walls that immediately put visitors at ease. This 25x15 foot space on the ground floor of our Victorian library building has become a favourite among local businesses and community groups who need somewhere professional yet welcoming for their gatherings. We've arranged the room around a substantial central table that seats 12 comfortably in boardroom style, though we regularly reconfigure the space for different needs. Those blue chairs you'll spot can be rearranged for classroom layouts (10 guests), U-shaped setups (12), or theatre-style presentations (25 seated). For more informal networking or training sessions, we can accommodate up to 30 standing guests. Natural light pours through multiple windows throughout the day, keeping the atmosphere bright without being harsh. We've installed air conditioning to maintain comfort during longer sessions, and the projector, PA system and flipchart are all included, ready for your presentations. The Wi-Fi connection is reliable throughout the building, something our regular business clients particularly appreciate. The room works brilliantly for workshops, training sessions, team meetings and strategy days. We've hosted everything from creative brainstorming sessions to formal board meetings here. The space adapts easily, whether you need focused discussion around the table or a more open layout for interactive training. Getting here couldn't be simpler, with Crystal Palace and Gipsy Hill stations both within walking distance. We offer free parking on-site, and the building has full wheelchair access via our lift. Recent feedback from a team who booked the space praised how responsive and helpful we were throughout their event, noting it was the "perfect space for our team meeting." They've already rebooked for their next quarterly gathering.
