The polished oak table in the Coggan Room reflects years of important conversations, its surface smooth from countless notebooks and coffee cups. We've configured this 38 square metre space on the lower ground floor to work exactly how small groups need it, whether that's twelve people around the boardroom table, fifteen in theatre rows, or eight at cabaret tables for interactive workshops. The wood-panelled walls create an atmosphere that's both professional and welcoming, while our 64" plasma screen catches everyone's attention without dominating the room. We've installed a projector and screen too, giving you options for how you present. The technical setup connects seamlessly with other rooms in our building, and we can arrange web-streaming or live broadcasting when your meeting needs to reach beyond these walls. Fresh pads and pens wait at each place setting, alongside water and mints. The air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable through long strategy sessions, and our complimentary WiFi handles whatever demands you throw at it. Though the room doesn't have windows, the modern lighting creates a bright, focused environment that keeps energy levels up throughout the day. The Coggan Room works beautifully on its own for board meetings, training sessions, or workshops. When you need more space, we often combine it with our neighbouring Ramsey and Temple rooms for larger programmes. Everything here is fully accessible, from the entrance through to the facilities. Our location puts you minutes from Westminster Abbey, with excellent transport links making it simple for everyone to reach us. The Grade II-listed building adds gravitas to any gathering, while inside, we've created spaces that simply work. Coffee arrives when you need it, the technology behaves itself, and your meeting runs exactly as planned.
