Sunlight pours through floor-to-ceiling windows, transforming Meeting Room 5&6 into one of our most requested spaces. We've combined two rooms here to create something genuinely flexible, with space for 40 people theatre-style or 22 around the boardroom table, depending on what your day demands. The natural light makes such a difference, our regular bookers tell us. It keeps energy levels up through those longer strategy sessions and makes video calls look infinitely better than under harsh fluorescents. We've positioned the large presentation screen so there's never any glare, and the modern ceiling-mounted projector means no wrestling with cables or adaptors. The furniture arrangement flows naturally, whether you're running a training workshop, hosting a board meeting, or bringing teams together for collaborative sessions. Soft carpeting absorbs sound nicely, while the exposed ductwork above adds character without feeling industrial. We've placed fresh plants throughout, bringing life to the neutral colour palette. Victoria Station sits just around the corner, making this particularly convenient for teams coming from different locations. Our ground floor café means proper coffee is always close by, and when you need a break, the rooftop garden offers spectacular views across London's skyline. Previous groups have particularly appreciated our reception team's support, especially Aaron who seems to anticipate needs before they arise. The modern, clean environment consistently receives positive feedback, with many noting how the professional atmosphere helps maintain focus while still feeling relaxed enough for creative thinking. Beyond the room itself, you'll have access to our seven-storey Regency building's full amenities. The ground floor opens up completely for networking opportunities, while quieter corners throughout the building offer space for those important side conversations that often prove most valuable.

Very smart offices with TOG. Great recedption and very clean and modern offices. Ground floor cafe which was great. Check-in was easy. The location could be better described (as its on corner of Gillingham Street and Eccleston Square). Putting that on website be helpf...
