Our Gulbenkian Room combines the grandeur of traditional London architecture with everything modern meetings demand. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light while framing views across Park Crescent Gardens, creating an atmosphere that keeps participants energised throughout long sessions. We've preserved the room's original character, complete with a decorative fireplace and classic chandelier, while ensuring it works perfectly for today's business needs. The grand piano in the corner has hosted everything from conference entertainment to client presentations with musical accompaniments. High-speed Wi-Fi covers every corner, and our air conditioning keeps the temperature comfortable year-round, whether you're hosting 45 delegates in classroom style or 85 in theatre configuration. The space adapts effortlessly to your requirements. We regularly transform it from morning boardroom sessions for 33 executives to afternoon workshops in U-shape formation for 34 participants. For larger gatherings, the room accommodates 85 in theatre style or up to 100 guests for standing receptions. The cabaret layout works particularly well for 48 attendees when you need both presentation capability and networking space.
