The Conference Room here welcomes up to 60 delegates through our ground floor entrance, where you'll find everything set up for productive meetings without the usual technical headaches. We've designed this space around what our tenants actually need: reliable technology that works first time, flexible layouts that suit different meeting styles, and enough room for proper presentations and training sessions. Our integrated video conferencing setup means hybrid meetings run smoothly, with the camera, conference phone and large screen already connected and ready. The projector, speakers and integrated PC handle whatever format your presentations come in, while the infrared presentation wand and wireless keyboard let you move around the room naturally. We keep a lapel microphone available too, particularly useful for those larger training sessions where you need to be heard clearly at the back. We configure the room differently depending on your needs. Theatre style fits the full 60 delegates, perfect for company presentations. For workshops and training, our classroom layout accommodates 38 people with proper desk space. The U-shaped arrangement works brilliantly for smaller groups of 18, creating that collaborative atmosphere where everyone can see each other. Cabaret style suits networking events and interactive sessions. Whatever configuration you choose, you'll have our whiteboard and flip chart ready for brainstorming. The refreshment area stays stocked with proper tea and coffee throughout your booking, and our on-site catering can provide lunch or snacks when you need to keep everyone focused through longer sessions. With over 100 parking spaces outside, including EV charging points, your attendees won't waste time hunting for spots. Being right off the A1139 means quick access from the A1 and A47, making it simple for people travelling from Cambridge, Leicester or further afield.
