Our venue's Meeting Room 1 offers something different, a professional space infused with the calm atmosphere that comes naturally to a meditation centre, where your team can truly focus on what matters. Natural light pours through large windows running along one side of the room, creating an energising workspace that changes with the Birmingham sky throughout the day. We've kept the décor deliberately simple, neutral walls and carpet providing a backdrop that won't distract from your presentations or discussions. The blue upholstered chairs aren't just comfortable for long sessions, they add a splash of colour that keeps the space feeling fresh rather than corporate. We know flexibility matters when planning meetings, so while the room holds 50 in theatre style, we regularly reconfigure for classroom layouts, U-shaped arrangements for 25, or whatever setup works best for your session. The projector and sound system are already in place and ready to use, one less thing to coordinate on the day. The spacious layout means participants can move around easily during breakout sessions or networking moments, while touches like our potted plants help maintain that sense of calm focus throughout your event. You'll find the atmosphere particularly conducive to strategy sessions, training workshops, and team meetings where clear thinking is essential. Birmingham New Street station sits just a short walk away, making arrival straightforward for attendees coming from across the West Midlands. When it's time for lunch or coffee breaks, The Mailbox and The Cube next door provide plenty of options without the need for long walks. Please note the room is on our first floor with stair access only, something to consider when planning your attendee list.
