The room works particularly well for recruitment interviews, confidential meetings, or when you need a temporary office base in Norwich. We've kept the design minimal on purpose, with neutral walls and dark carpeting that help maintain focus. A carefully chosen piece of artwork adds just enough warmth to make the space feel welcoming rather than clinical. Our venue sits at 5 Hurricane Way, making it easy for candidates or clients to find you, with 20 parking spaces available right outside the building. The reliable Wi-Fi throughout means you can access online resources or conduct video interviews without any technical hiccups. Being on the ground floor, everyone can access the room comfortably, which matters when you're meeting people for the first time. Previous users have particularly appreciated how straightforward the booking process is, with Paul ensuring everything runs smoothly from initial enquiry through to the day itself. The room's compact size creates an ideal setting for one-to-one discussions where privacy matters, whether you're conducting job interviews, client consultations, or performance reviews. We keep our rates competitive at £12 per hour (minimum 2-hour booking) or £45 for a full day, Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 4:30 pm. The room comfortably accommodates up to 3 people in a boardroom configuration when needed.
