Walking through the Tropical House with its towering banana plants and cascading vines, you'll find the entrance to our Garden Suite, the largest of our event spaces here at the botanical gardens. This generous room welcomes up to 500 guests for receptions or 350 in theatre-style seating, making it equally suited to company conferences, training days, or large-scale presentations. The suite's built-in stage anchors one end of the room, while classic chandeliers cast warm light across the polished dance floor below. We often see businesses use this setup for product launches or award ceremonies, with the stage providing a natural focal point for speakers and presentations. Natural daylight streams through large windows overlooking the Mediterranean house, where citrus trees and fragrant herbs create a calming backdrop for your meeting or conference. When privacy is needed, we simply draw the blinds, and our air cooling systems keep everyone comfortable regardless of the season or group size. The space divides neatly into two separate rooms, the Orchid and Palm Rooms, which works brilliantly for breakout sessions or when you need concurrent meeting spaces.
