We've kept this intimate meeting space deliberately small, perfect for those board meetings or strategy sessions where every voice needs to be heard clearly. The 50-inch plasma screen mounted on the textured wall handles presentations smoothly, while our 500 Mbps WiFi keeps everyone connected without the usual conference room connectivity issues. We've positioned a stylish floor lamp to complement the overhead lighting, creating that balance between professional brightness and comfortable ambiance that makes afternoon sessions feel less draining. You'll find us just two minutes' walk from Old Street Underground, right in the thick of London's tech district. The East Room sits within our members' lounge area, which means you can grab fresh bean-to-cup coffee or loose-leaf tea whenever the discussion needs a natural break. Previous guests particularly appreciate our coffee, sourced from social enterprise roasters, and our flexibility with food deliveries when meetings run through lunch. The warm wooden floors and retro elements give the space character without feeling dated. While natural light doesn't reach this particular room, the carefully chosen lighting creates an environment where teams can dig into complex problems without distractions.
