The Rochester brings together everything that makes a productive meeting happen. Our ten-person boardroom sits at the heart of our first floor, where natural light pours through the windows and creates the kind of atmosphere where decisions get made and projects move forward. We've arranged the space around a substantial wooden table with comfortable upholstered chairs that keep everyone focused through those longer sessions. The 52-inch TV screen mounted on our charcoal accent wall puts presentations right where they need to be, visible from every seat. When it's time to map out ideas, the large whiteboard gives you all the space you need for collaborative thinking. The room feels professional without being stiff. We've added plants and a bookshelf to create warmth, because we know the best meetings happen when people feel comfortable. That calming neutral colour scheme isn't an accident either - we chose it specifically to help teams concentrate on what matters. Throughout your booking, we keep the coffee and tea coming. No need to ration the caffeine here. If you want lunch or snacks arranged, just give us advance notice and we'll sort the catering. Between sessions, your team can spread out into our breakout areas for those informal conversations that often solve the trickiest problems. Getting here couldn't be simpler. Both Snow Hill and Jewellery Quarter stations sit within easy walking distance, putting us right in Birmingham's business quarter. We do have some parking spaces, though they tend to go quickly during busy periods. Our guests tell us they appreciate the genuine welcome and the fact this is our actual workspace. We're here every day, so we understand what makes meetings work. Excellent facilities and nice vibe - well placed in the centre of the business district. Good choice of refreshments and a quirky decor. Lots of people seemed to be using the more informal meeting spaces too. Would use again. Good value.
