The Broadbent Room offers a refined setting where groups of up to 30 people can meet productively in the heart of Westminster. Rich red carpeting and classic chandeliers create an atmosphere that feels both professional and welcoming, while large windows flood the space with natural light throughout the day. We've arranged this ground floor room to encourage collaboration, with flexible seating that works equally well for boardroom discussions of 20, classroom-style seminars for 21, or theatre presentations accommodating 30 guests. The U-shape configuration has proven particularly effective for workshops and training sessions where interaction matters. Our technical setup includes everything modern meetings require: TV and projector capabilities, audio equipment, plus traditional whiteboards and flipcharts for brainstorming sessions. When presentations demand focused attention, blackout facilities transform the bright space into an ideal viewing environment. The room's accessibility features ensure all participants can join comfortably. What makes the Broadbent Room particularly versatile is how it adapts to different needs throughout the day. We've seen it serve as an elegant space for seated lunches and dinners, transform into a registration area for larger conferences, and provide the perfect breakout room when multiple sessions run simultaneously in our venue. The subtle artwork on the walls adds visual interest without distraction, maintaining the professional atmosphere our clients expect. Being on the ground floor means easy access for all attendees, whether they're arriving from Westminster tube station just minutes away or joining us from elsewhere in London. The combination of heritage character, practical amenities, and flexible configuration makes this room work beautifully for board meetings, training sessions, seminars, and small corporate gatherings where focused discussion and clear communication are essential.
