We've watched this combined room adapt to countless configurations over the years, from intimate board meetings of 30 to theatre-style presentations for 70 delegates. The 82.8 square metres give you genuine flexibility. Natural light pours through the windows, keeping energy levels up during those all-day sessions, while our climate control handles whatever the Liverpool weather throws at us. When clients need to switch from morning presentations to afternoon workshops, we reconfigure the space during lunch, moving between boardroom, cabaret, and banquet layouts depending on what works best. Our tech setup handles everything from simple laptop presentations to multi-screen displays. Monthly training sessions run here because presenters know they can plug in and start without fussing with adapters or calling for help. The projector and TV screens positioned throughout mean everyone gets a clear view, whether you're running product demos or financial presentations. Being minutes from James Street station helps with attendance, we've noticed. Delegates arriving from Manchester or London appreciate the quick walk from the platform to our Princes Dock location. Those harbour views visible from our venue add something different to the usual meeting room experience, particularly during breaks when people step out onto our terraces.
