Flexible and adaptable, the space accommodates up to 50 delegates in a theatre style layout or 30 in a boardroom setup. A variety of configurations, including U-shape, classroom, cabaret and banquet, allow the room to be tailored to different meeting styles and objectives. The cabaret layout, hosting up to 32 delegates, is particularly popular for encouraging interaction while maintaining clear sightlines for presentations.

For multi-day events, the hotel offers 144 guest rooms, alongside on-site dining at Bistro Mirlot, perfect for working lunches or post-meeting dinners. The meeting went well. On the positive side, the cabaret set up was perfect, there was coffee and tea and water and pens and pads for everyone, and the AV equipment worked well. Negatively, the room was quite stuffy and hot for 30 people.

The room was kind of underground so minimal to no natural light and it was quite small but all in all it was a good experience.
