The Theatre transforms from an everyday meeting space into something quite special when your team walks in. We've positioned tiered seating across the room, each row slightly elevated, so whether you're presenting quarterly figures or launching a new product, everyone gets a clear view without craning their necks. The deep blue upholstery on our tribune-style seats creates a professional backdrop against warm wood paneling that runs along the walls. Our venue sits in Merchant City, where Glasgow's business district meets its creative quarter. You'll find us easily accessible from major transport links, with colleagues able to walk from Queen Street Station in under ten minutes. The room itself accommodates up to 160 people in theatre configuration, though we often see teams of 40-50 using the space for more intimate presentations where they want that amphitheatre feel without hiring an enormous hall. Above your heads, geometric LED panels provide lighting you can adjust throughout the day. We've noticed presenters particularly appreciate being able to dim these during video content, then brighten them back up for Q&A sessions. The projector handles everything from PowerPoint decks to video conferences, while our PA system means no one misses a word, even in the back rows. Natural light filters in during morning sessions, though the room works equally well for evening presentations. We've built in reliable Wi-Fi that handles multiple devices without dropping connection mid-presentation, and the air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable during those longer strategy sessions. Ground-level entry and lift access to all floors means everyone on your team can participate, with full wheelchair accessibility throughout. Between sessions, your group can decompress in our workcafé or continue discussions in the coworking areas just outside. Our catering team regularly provides working lunches and coffee breaks right here in the Theatre, keeping your agenda flowing smoothly.
