Twenty colleagues fit perfectly around our boardroom setup, while theatre-style presentations can accommodate up to 40 attendees. The U-shaped configuration works particularly well for training sessions with 16 participants, and we often see teams using the classroom layout for 24. Our events team helps you choose what works best, they've seen every possible configuration over the years. The 64-inch plasma screen mounted at the front handles everything from PowerPoint presentations to video conferences with ease. Full web-streaming and live broadcasting capabilities mean remote participants join seamlessly, while our complimentary Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected. Hard-wired connectivity links the Westminster Room to every other space in our building, useful when you need breakout areas or want to expand into the adjacent Abbey or Sir Herbert Baker Rooms. Ground floor location means full wheelchair accessibility, no awkward lifts or narrow corridors.
