The Live Lounge brings together six people around a warm wooden table where some of the BBC's most memorable radio moments once came to life. We've kept the recording studio feel with our textured acoustic wall—not just for show, but because it creates the kind of atmosphere where conversations flow naturally and ideas take shape. The orange chairs aren't just comfortable for those longer strategy sessions; they add energy to the room without being distracting. We've positioned the large TV screen at the perfect height for presentations, with video conferencing built in so remote colleagues feel part of the conversation. The sound bar helps with audio clarity, though we're fine-tuning the system based on recent feedback. Natural light filters through the glass partition throughout the day, keeping the space bright without compromising privacy. Microphone / speaker issue. Zoom call we could see the others on the screen and they could see us, but they couldn’t hear us speaking.
