We've set this room up to handle whatever format works best for your group. Need a boardroom setup for 18? Done. Running a training session classroom-style for 24? The tables roll into place easily. Theatre configuration fits up to 50 delegates comfortably, or we can arrange U-shaped seating for 20 when you need everyone to see each other. The flexibility means you're not stuck with furniture that doesn't match your meeting style. The tech setup keeps things simple. Our LCD screen and projector are already connected and ready, so you won't waste the first ten minutes of your meeting troubleshooting cables. A proper flipchart stands ready for brainstorming sessions, and we stock the room with paper, pens, and other stationery essentials. When presentations require dimmed lighting, our blackout facilities work properly, and the air conditioning responds to your adjustments, not some central system three floors away. Suite 5 sits just minutes from Sheffield Train Station, making life easier for delegates coming from out of town. The Devonshire Quarter's cafes and shops are right on the doorstep when you need a proper lunch break. Between sessions, our ground floor Bar and Grill provides a relaxed spot for informal discussions, and anyone staying overnight will appreciate our 259 rooms with those DREAM beds we're rather proud of. Recent feedback tells us we're getting it right, with one guest particularly pleased they could book at short notice for a virtual meeting, finding everything "clean, comfortable and professional" when time was tight.
