Fresh citrus artwork greets you as you enter the Lime Room, our vibrant meeting space in the Orchard Building. We've designed this room for focused discussions and collaborative sessions, with lime green accents throughout that create an energising atmosphere for your team. The modern oval table sits at the centre, comfortably seating 12 colleagues in boardroom style. For training sessions, we can reconfigure to classroom layout for 8 participants, or arrange a U-shape setup for the same number when you need everyone to see each other clearly. The black leather chairs provide proper support during longer meetings, and we've positioned the wall-mounted LCD screen so everyone has a clear view for presentations. Our team sets up each meeting with the essentials already in place: flipchart and pens ready for brainstorming, notebooks and stationery at each seat, plus iced water and sweets to keep energy levels up. The HDMI connection makes it simple to share your laptop screen, and the room's acoustics work well for video conferences. The decorative ceiling medallion and original fireplace remind you this is a Victorian building, though we've updated everything else for modern business needs. While the room doesn't have windows, we've installed lighting that keeps the space bright and comfortable throughout the day. Being in the Orchard Building means you're separated from the main hotel activity, giving your meeting the quiet focus it needs. You'll find us on peaceful New Walk, just five minutes' walk from Leicester station. Our car park behind the building saves hunting for street parking, and the city centre shops are close enough for lunch breaks. Previous guests particularly appreciate how our team helps meetings run smoothly, noting the excellent facilities and genuine charm that sets us apart from standard conference venues.

I would recommend the Belmont Leicester as a meeting venue, its a charming hotel with excellent facilities and lovely staff. the room was perfect and very good value.
