Gathering in our second-floor Glyndebourne 1 room feels like bringing your team together in a space that actually works with you, not against you. We've designed this 57.60-square-metre room to adapt to whatever your meeting needs, whether that's an intimate boardroom discussion for 24 or a presentation to 44 colleagues in theatre style. The room runs 9.60 metres long by 6 metres wide, giving you plenty of space to move around during those interactive sessions. We've installed proper air conditioning throughout, so even on those rare warm Brighton days, everyone stays comfortable and focused. The patterned carpet and warm lighting create a professional atmosphere without feeling stuffy or corporate. We know presentations are the backbone of most meetings, so we've equipped Glyndebourne 1 with everything you'd expect: LCD projector, microphone system, lectern, flip charts, markers, and whiteboards. The high-speed Wi-Fi generally holds up well, though being right by the sea means it can occasionally wobble. When that happens, our team jumps in immediately to sort things out. What makes this room particularly practical is its flexibility. We can arrange it as a U-shape for 28 people when you need everyone to see each other, classroom style for 25 when training's on the agenda, or cabaret format for 36 when you want small group discussions. Being on the second floor means it's quiet and removed from the lobby bustle, yet you're just moments from stepping outside for a quick sea-air break between sessions. Our events team, particularly Fran who many clients specifically request, makes sure everything runs smoothly from your first coffee to your final handshake.
