Conference Room 2 offers something you rarely find in central London meeting spaces: proper garden views that actually change with the seasons. From your seat at the polished dark wood conference table, you'll watch Russell Square's private gardens through floor-to-ceiling Georgian windows while your team focuses on the business at hand. We've kept the original architectural details that make this first-floor room special. The soft pink walls might sound unusual, but they work beautifully with the natural light that streams in throughout the day, creating a warm atmosphere that puts people at ease. Those high ceilings with their period moldings give the space a sense of openness that modern offices often lack. The room comfortably seats 16 around our boardroom table, though we regularly reconfigure for different needs. Theatre style works well for presentations to 16, while reception layouts can accommodate up to 50 guests when you need more of a networking format. Our HD TV handles most presentation needs, and the high-speed Wi-Fi has proven reliable even with everyone connected simultaneously. You'll find our tea and coffee station set up on the wooden sideboard, stocked with proper cups rather than disposables. It's these small touches, alongside the garden views, that help longer sessions feel less draining. The space extends to 550 square feet, with the option to open into an adjacent room for an additional 550 square feet when you need more space. Getting here couldn't be simpler, with both Holborn and Russell Square stations just five minutes away on foot. Our clients have particularly noted how helpful we are with room configurations and the overall quality of the space. While some have experienced technical hiccups with older projection equipment, our HD TV setup provides a reliable alternative for presentations.

Great venue, great location, Robert was very helpful in setting up the day. Shame there was some miscommunication about lunch requirements, but on the whole very happy!

A very smart venue, with an excellent atmosphere. Robert was excellent is helping with set up and re- configuring the room set-up for us so we also had a break-out area within the room. There was also access to the garden area if required.
