Our East India meeting room sits 37 floors above the Thames, where six people can gather around the white boardroom table while London spreads out beneath them. The glass walls let daylight flood the space while keeping your conversations private, and from these windows you can watch the river bend through the city as you work through your agenda. We've set up the room with everything ready to go. The large wall-mounted screen connects seamlessly to your devices for presentations, while the conference phone handles those important calls with clarity. The ergonomic black chairs keep everyone comfortable through long strategy sessions, and we've positioned the flipchart and whiteboard within easy reach for when ideas need sketching out. What really works about this space is how self-contained it feels. There's a coffee machine right in the room, stocked with proper coffee and tea, so nobody needs to interrupt the flow to grab a drink. The refreshment station sits discreetly to one side, letting you help yourself between agenda items. The AV equipment actually works when you switch it on, no fussing with cables or calling for technical support. From up here in One Canada Square, you're at the centre of Canary Wharf's business district. The Jubilee line and DLR stations sit just downstairs, putting you minutes from anywhere in London. Ground floor cafes and restaurants mean lunch meetings can continue the conversation in a different setting if needed. The East India works particularly well for board meetings, team briefings, client presentations, or intensive working sessions where you need focus without interruption.
