Our small meeting room works perfectly when you need to hash out ideas with one or two colleagues without the distraction of a larger space. The round table brings everyone together naturally, making those tricky conversations feel less formal while keeping things focused. We've mounted a screen on the wall with full video conferencing kit, complete with a decent camera and sound bar that actually picks up everyone's voice, not just the person closest to it. The glass walls let daylight flood in, which makes a surprising difference during those afternoon sessions when energy starts to flag. We've kept the design simple, just a wooden cabinet for your belongings and a plant or two to remind you there's life outside spreadsheets. The space feels professional without being stuffy, and at capacity for three people, nobody's fighting for elbow room. Getting here couldn't be easier, just two minutes' walk from Goodge Street Station means your guests won't arrive flustered. Our members, mostly architects, engineers and designers, create a buzzing atmosphere throughout the building, though this room stays properly private when you need it. The kitchen's right there for coffee refills, and if you cycle in, your bike's safe in our secure storage. We can arrange catering for breakfast meetings or working lunches, all prepared in-house by people who understand that good food fuels good thinking. The flipchart lives in the cupboard if you need it, though most people find the screen does the job. With reliable WiFi, proper air conditioning, and a magnetic wall for sticking up plans or notes, everything just works. Past guests have appreciated the warm welcome from our team and how easy the space is to find, though some have mentioned three people is definitely the comfortable maximum.

Fabulous location 15 min walk from Euston, used small meeting room, maybe a little bit too small for 3 of us but the medium room was not available. Free tea, coffee, water. Receptionist so lovely could not do enough to help. Second time I have used and will use again.
