Working from Regus Fleet Street means stepping into one of London's most storied buildings every morning. Our six-storey Grade II listed building dates back to 1873, and we've kept its character intact while creating workspaces that actually work for modern businesses. You'll find us right between the legal district and the City, with St. Paul's Cathedral visible from many of our windows. We've recently refurbished the entire building to create offices that blend the building's heritage with everything you need to run your business effectively. Our 11 meeting rooms can handle anything from three-person interviews to conferences for up to 60 delegates. Each room is named after one of Britain's newspapers - a nod to Fleet Street's publishing heritage. Between meetings, you'll find our business lounge and coffee areas perfect for those informal catch-ups or a moment to yourself. Our workspace options range from fully furnished private offices to flexible coworking areas. If you need something more permanent than hot-desking, we have fixed desk options available. Every workspace comes with high-speed business-grade internet, and our support team handles the practical stuff - mail, printing, admin assistance, and arranging catering when you need it. The building itself has some unique features, including one of London's oldest working lifts - it even appeared in "Diamonds are Forever." But what really matters is how well-connected we are. City Thameslink and Blackfriars stations are both nearby, putting you within easy reach of clients across London. Law firms surround us, banks fill the Square Mile to our east, and creative companies occupy Holborn to our west. After work, the West End's restaurants and theatres are just a short walk away.
