We provide each suite fully furnished but purposefully unbranded – think of it as a blank canvas for your company's personality. Our in-house interior design team works with tenants to create custom fit-outs that actually reflect how your team works, not just how it looks in photos. Everything runs on our all-inclusive model: your custom fit-out, service charges, business rates, utilities, superfast internet, and daily cleaning are all wrapped into one straightforward fee.
