The brick walls and greenery hit you first at Use.Space – we've filled our Manchester workspace with plants that actually thrive (not those sad office ferns you see everywhere). Our building sits just a short walk from Manchester Piccadilly Station, making it easy whether you're commuting or meeting clients from out of town. We've got two boardrooms that work brilliantly for different needs. Boardroom 1 fits 8 people around the table comfortably, though we can squeeze in 25 when we set up theatre-style. There's a flat screen TV with HDMI and a whiteboard you can wheel wherever you need it. Boardroom 2 has the same capacity but comes with a massive whiteboard that's perfect for brainstorming sessions, plus an A1 clipboard for those detailed project plans. Our Michelin-trained chef runs the café downstairs – proper artisanal food, not just sandwiches and crisps. The coffee and tea are free all day, and yes, you can bring your dog. We've got secure bike storage if you cycle in, and free parking if you drive. The printer's included in your booking, along with basic AV kit and decent WiFi that actually works. The whole space feels different from typical offices. We run masterclasses and networking events regularly, so there's always something happening beyond the usual 9-to-5. Our team keeps everything running smoothly – from reception services to keeping the roof terrace tidy (great spot for informal meetings when the weather cooperates). Everything's included in our pricing: bills, rates, cleaning, even fruit and snacks. We offer day passes if you just need occasional space, or memberships if you're here more regularly. The contracts are properly flexible – no lengthy commitments or surprise charges buried in the small print.
