Six floors up from where The Beatles' albums once rolled off the presses, we've created something special at The Record Store. Our building started life as EMI's vinyl production facility, and we've kept that industrial soul alive while transforming it into 84,000 square feet of workspace that actually works for modern businesses. The original Art Deco architecture sets us apart – those factory windows aren't just for show. They bring proper daylight into every corner of our offices, and with ceiling heights over 3.5 meters throughout, you never feel boxed in. We've got flexible floor plates on each level, going up to 15,000 square feet per floor, so whether you need space for 10 people or 1,000, we can configure something that fits. Our Hayes location puts you five minutes' walk from Hayes and Harlington station, making the commute into central London straightforward. For those driving in, we've got parking with electric vehicle charging points ready to go. The bike storage gets plenty of use from our cycling crowd, and we've installed proper shower facilities so nobody has to sit at their desk in cycling gear.
