We've transformed an old peanut factory into Millmead Studios, where 20 purpose-built creative workspaces now house some of North London's most innovative minds. Just a stone's throw from the River Lea in Tottenham Hale, our converted warehouse sits less than 10 minutes from the Victoria Line, with Pressure Drop and Beavertown Breweries as our neighbors. Each of our studios spans two levels, from 600 to 1,300 square feet, with whitewashed walls that reflect light streaming through the industrial-scale windows we've installed in the roof. Whether you need a private office or prefer our coworking options—hot desks and fixed desks—you'll find the natural light changes throughout the day, creating different moods for different types of work. Our communal kitchen becomes a natural meeting point where video producers chat with designers over morning coffee, while the shower facilities mean cyclists and runners can freshen up before starting their day. The decked outdoor area really comes alive during summer—we've hosted everything from informal team meetings to evening gatherings here. We keep things simple but effective: 24/7 access means night owls and early birds work on their own schedules, while Wi-Fi and utilities come included so you can focus on what matters. Our community already includes music producers, designers, and an artisan coffee roastery, alongside established names like The Guardian Bookshop, Archant, and Greenpeace.
