Walking through the original Victorian archway at Workspace - The Leather Market, you'll immediately notice the intricate carvings that tell the story of this Grade II listed building's past as The London Leather, Hide and Wool Exchange. We've carefully preserved these 19th-century details while creating modern workspaces that actually work for today's businesses. Our building wraps around an open-air courtyard where people naturally gather on warm days, coffee in hand from Skinner's Café. The café has become something of a hub for our community - you'll often find impromptu meetings happening over flat whites and pastries. Each office space here has its own character, from exposed brick walls and original timber beams to sleek modern fit-outs in our newer areas. For meetings, we've set up five themed rooms with all the tech you need - screens, conferencing equipment, the works. Our breakout areas have proper comfortable seating where teams can spread out and collaborate. The Taper Studios wing offers something different: self-contained offices with mezzanines and their own street access, perfect if you want your own space but still enjoy being part of our wider community. Getting here couldn't be easier - we're less than ten minutes' walk from both London Bridge and Borough stations. The Bermondsey location puts you right in the thick of things, with Maltby Street Market just around the corner for lunch runs and after-work drinks. There's even the original Victorian pub that's still part of the building complex.
