We've been welcoming businesses to BizSpace Oldham Hollinwood since converting this 19th-century cotton mill into modern workspaces, and we're proud of how the building's original character shines through in every office and studio. Those exposed brick walls and original beams aren't just for show—they create workspaces that feel different from typical office blocks, while our restoration has ensured everything functions exactly as modern businesses need. Our meeting rooms and offices come with 24-hour access, so whether you're an early bird or work best in the evening, the space works around your schedule. We've kept the car park free for all our tenants and their visitors—there's plenty of space, and customers often mention how easy we are to find, being just moments from Junction 22 of the M60. If you're coming by train, Hollinwood station is about a 10-minute walk away. Our reception team handles the day-to-day admin bits that can slow you down—photocopying, managing your visitors, that sort of thing. We've got an on-site café where you can grab coffee and refreshments (these are chargeable), plus breakout areas when you need a change of scene. Great location just off the motorway and easy to find. Parking ample. We did actually use meeting room 2 not 3 which was spacious and airy. Venue staff were very friendly and helpful. Coffee and Tea had to come from the café which is chargeable. We will book again ...
