Sunlight pours through our spectacular glass atrium at Fora - 91 Wimpole Street, transforming what was once a late 19th-century baroque building into one of London's most inspiring workspaces. We've carefully preserved the original architectural details while creating modern offices and meeting spaces that actually work for today's businesses. Our building spans five floors, each designed with that distinctive 1960s Mad Men aesthetic but with all the technology you need now. We've got private offices that accommodate anywhere from 2 people to entire companies of 2,000, plus eight meeting rooms that we can configure however works best for your presentation, workshop, or team session. The central atrium means you're never stuck in a dark corner – natural light reaches every floor. What really sets us apart are our two outdoor spaces. Head up to our rooftop garden or step out onto the second-floor terrace, both equipped with outdoor plug sockets so you can take your laptop outside for those alfresco meetings or just grab some fresh air between calls. We've tucked these spaces away from the Marylebone crowds, creating surprisingly tranquil spots right in central London. Beyond the offices and meeting rooms, we've thought about everything that makes a workday run smoothly. There's secure bike storage if you cycle in, showers for post-workout or post-commute freshening up, and phone booths when you need privacy for calls. Our comfortable lounges and shared kitchen areas give you places to connect with others or take a proper break. You'll find us just minutes from both Bond Street and Oxford Circus stations, making it easy for clients and team members to reach us. The Marylebone location means you're close to everything central London offers while working in a noticeably calmer neighborhood.

Great space and location; modern, clean and accessible...let down by check-in...room was not ready and we had to wait outside for ten minutes whilst it was sorted out. If I'd had customers with me this would have been a serious problem.
