Our building brings together everything you need for productive work days, whether you're after a hot desk, private office, or somewhere to host your next meeting. We've built our space around what actually matters to working professionals. Natural light floods through our open-plan coworking area where up to 10 people work alongside each other daily. The walls showcase artwork from Brighton artists that we switch out twice a year, keeping the space fresh and connected to our local creative community. Everything here uses organic materials and sustainable design - it's not just about looking good, it's about feeling good while you work. Our private offices fit teams from 2 up to 12 people, all fully furnished and serviced. We offer three membership types: 40-hour, 80-hour, or unlimited access, and you can share any of these with your colleagues. Everyone gets 24/7 building access, high-speed internet, unlimited tea and coffee, and use of our breakout areas and private phone booths. What makes us different? We run an on-site nursery and pre-school for children from 6 months to 5 years old. Parents can drop their kids off downstairs and head up to work - no complicated logistics needed. We're also one of the few pet-friendly workspaces in Brighton, with water bowls and treats ready for your four-legged colleagues. Our roof terrace and bar accommodates up to 30 people for events, while the Flint & Chalk room seats 30 for more formal meetings or workshops.
