The Exam House operates from our Westminster office at 8a Lower Grosvenor Place, where we've created a focused workspace that serves dual purposes. During exam season, we transform into an accredited examination centre for AQA, Edexcel, OCR, and Cambridge International boards, welcoming private candidates for their GCSE and A-Level exams. Between these busy periods, we're opening up our professional office space to businesses and individuals who need a productive base in central London. Our building sits just around the corner from Victoria Station, giving you direct access to national rail, underground, and bus networks. We currently have three desks available in our main office area - perfect whether you're a solo professional needing a single workspace or a small team wanting to rent all three together. Each desk comes fully equipped and ready to use, with high-speed internet and all the standard office amenities you'd expect. We've designed the space to support serious work. The same quiet, focused atmosphere that helps exam candidates concentrate makes this an excellent environment for anyone who needs to get things done. Our shared kitchen provides a space to prepare lunch or grab a coffee, though you'll find plenty of cafes and restaurants in the surrounding streets when you want a change of scene. What makes us different is our commitment to accessibility and support. We maintain the same standards year-round that we apply during exam periods - proper lighting, comfortable temperature control, and full compliance with the Equalities Act 2010.
