At Leroy House, we've transformed this 1960s brutalist building on Essex Road into something special for North London businesses. Our meeting rooms get plenty of natural light through the large windows - no more stuffy conference spaces where everyone's fighting to stay awake. Each room comes with air conditioning that actually works and WiFi that doesn't drop out halfway through your presentation. We're right on the corner at 434-436 Essex Road in Canonbury, which means you can walk to four different stations: Dalston Junction, Dalston Kingsland, Canonbury, and Highbury & Islington. Getting to central London or the financial district takes no time at all. Our offices and studios are properly spacious - we've kept the original high ceilings and open layouts that creatives have loved about this building for years. The communal areas have plenty of plants and greenery, plus there's a café right here in the building. We run regular events too - yoga sessions in the mornings, workshops on everything from wellness to business skills, and networking evenings where you can actually meet the other businesses in the building. The practical stuff matters too. We give you 24-hour access because we know not everyone works nine to five. There's secure bike storage if you cycle in, parking spaces if you drive, and yes, you can bring your dog to work. The whole building runs on sustainable principles - proper recycling, energy-efficient systems, the works. The neighborhood's packed with decent lunch spots. The Dusty Knuckle bakery does sandwiches with proper fillings, Allpress Espresso sorts out your coffee needs, and Brunswick East serves a solid flat white.
