The red brick walls of BizSpace Bradford Albion Mills tell stories from its textile heritage, but today we're writing new chapters with businesses of every shape and size. Our converted mill complex spans multiple buildings, each thoughtfully restored to serve modern working needs while keeping those original mill features that make the space special. We've created a real mix of workspaces here - traditional offices for teams who need their own dedicated areas, open studios perfect for creative work, practical workshops with goods access for hands-on businesses, industrial units for larger operations, and secure storage spaces when you need that extra room. The main mill building houses most of our offices and studios, while the adjoining buildings accommodate the workshop and industrial spaces. Our facilities support the full working day and beyond. With 24-hour access, you can work to your own schedule, and we've installed CCTV throughout for peace of mind. Both goods and passenger lifts serve all floors, making deliveries and daily access straightforward. The communal kitchens on each floor are proper cooking spaces - not just somewhere to grab a coffee - and our breakout areas give teams somewhere comfortable to meet informally. We're one of the few business centres that welcomes pets, and cyclists appreciate our secure bike racks. Getting here is simple - we're just over three miles northeast of Bradford city centre, right off the A658. Apperley Bridge, Baildon, and Frizinghall stations are all nearby for rail connections, while regular buses link us to Shipley, Calverley, and Horsforth. There's ample on-site parking too, so however you travel, access is easy. Our on-site manager and maintenance team keep everything running smoothly, from heating systems to general upkeep.
