At New London House, we've created a workspace that makes the most of our City location at 6 London Street. Our building's floor-to-ceiling windows are the first thing people notice when they walk in - the natural light transforms how our 50 private offices and 4 meeting rooms feel throughout the day. We're right in the financial district, just a four-minute walk from the Gherkin and close to Lloyd's Building. Many of our tenants work in insurance and financial services, and they chose us because they can walk to the Bank of England or Royal Exchange for meetings. Fenchurch Street Station is practically on our doorstep, with Tower Hill Underground just as convenient. Our private offices work for different business sizes - we have single-desk spaces for consultants and rooms that fit up to 30 people for larger teams. We often combine adjacent offices when companies need something specific. Every tenant gets access to our meeting rooms, which saves them booking external venues for client presentations or team sessions. The manned reception handles deliveries and greets visitors, while our breakout spaces give people somewhere to step away from their desks. The practical stuff is all covered - high-speed internet that actually works, printing and faxing when you need it, secure building access, and a proper kitchen for making lunch.
