Our Grade II listed building on Shoreditch High Street started life in the early nineteenth century, and you can feel that history in every exposed brick and original beam we've carefully preserved. After a year-long renovation with Credibuild and State Studio, we transformed what was once a mix of retail, office and residential units into FountLondon - Shoreditch, bringing together small independent businesses under one beautifully restored roof. We've created nine commercial units across the building, each flooded with natural light from our period windows. Our tenants include Shoreditch Wine House downstairs, The Self Space, Victor & Garth, Rock & Lace, and Zowie Georgia Wellness - quite the eclectic mix that keeps things interesting. The Georgian-fronted building at 188 Shoreditch High Street maintains all its original architectural features while offering modern workspace solutions. Our meeting room on the upper floor seats six comfortably around the boardroom table (though we can squeeze in up to ten when needed). The space overlooks Shoreditch High Street through those original sash windows - much better than staring at blank walls during long strategy sessions. We also keep a rotating pop-up space available for entrepreneurs wanting to test new concepts without committing to a full lease. For those needing regular workspace, we offer hot desking in our coworking area. Desk renters get full access to office amenities plus booking privileges for the meeting room. Whether you need somewhere for client presentations, team away days, or just a change from your usual office, the space works well for various professional needs. Previous users have particularly appreciated our central location and the character of the meeting room - it's refreshing to work somewhere with actual personality rather than another glass box.
