Our offices range from compact 14m² studios perfect for teams of 4, right up to expansive 290m² spaces that comfortably fit 60 people. The building's original industrial windows flood each workspace with natural light – something our tenants regularly mention makes their workday feel less like being stuck indoors. We've kept the character of the Paintworks development while adding everything a modern office needs. What makes us different is who works here.
