Two thousand square feet of exposed brick and flooding daylight make up our Original White Loft at Agile Studios. We're tucked away on Silex Street, just a quick walk from Southwark station, where the second floor of this London brick building has been transformed into something special. We stripped everything back during the refurbishment, revealing the original architectural features that give the space its character. The natural light pours in throughout the day, eliminating any need for harsh overhead lighting during most events. Our audio system fills the room perfectly whether you're presenting to 100 colleagues in theatre-style seating or hosting 150 guests at a standing reception. The flexibility here is what our clients love most. We can arrange the space for 60 people classroom-style for training sessions, or create a more intimate cabaret setup for 40 when you need round tables for workshops or private dining. Our TV and projector setup works brilliantly for presentations, while the whiteboards and flipcharts scattered around prove invaluable during brainstorming sessions. Being so close to Waterloo means your guests can easily reach us via the Waterloo and City line or any of the major rail connections. The building houses several private offices ranging from 40 to 160 desk spaces, but this particular loft space serves as our dedicated events venue. We handle everything from corporate conferences and team away days to private parties and intimate weddings. Our catering partners know the space well and can work within any dietary requirements, while our equipment rental service means you won't need to source anything externally. The blank canvas nature of the white loft lets you brand it completely for corporate events or transform it entirely for celebrations.
