Holborn station is literally around the corner, which our visitors appreciate when it's bucketing down outside. The rooms themselves are practical without being boring. Good natural light on most floors, proper ventilation (not just noisy air con), and breakout areas where people actually want to spend time. Our reception team handles post and packages, which saves a lot of hassle for regulars. And yes, we have a stash of sweets at reception – helps break the ice before those tough negotiations. What strikes me about this place is how adaptable it is. Monday might see a law firm conducting interviews in our smaller rooms, Tuesday brings a tech company taking over an entire floor for training. Pay by the hour, by the day, whatever works. No minimum bookings, no complicated contracts. The feedback we get often mentions how clean everything is – our cleaning crew takes real pride in their work.
