Step inside our Grade II listed building at 18 Bennetts Hill, and you'll find 21 offices that prove heritage architecture and modern business needs work beautifully together. We opened Airivo Birmingham City Centre in 2017, transforming this historic space while keeping those wonderful original features - the high ceilings and generous windows that flood each office with natural light throughout the day. Our offices come fully furnished with everything already in place, from desks and chairs to individual climate controls in each room. We've found our clients really appreciate being able to adjust their own temperature settings - Birmingham weather can be unpredictable, after all. Each floor has its own communal kitchen where you can grab a coffee or heat up lunch, and our on-site management team handles reception duties and administrative support when you need an extra pair of hands. We've invested heavily in our connectivity infrastructure, installing high-speed fibre internet with automatic failover systems. If one line ever has issues, the backup kicks in immediately - you won't even notice the switch. Our meeting rooms accommodate up to 14 people and can be booked by the hour, half-day, or full day for client presentations, team sessions, or those crucial planning meetings. The two-minute walk from Birmingham New Street Station makes us incredibly accessible for both your team and visitors.
