Six floors of tech workspace rise from 32-38 Leman Street, where over 500 members build their businesses alongside companies like UBER and General Assembly who've made Aldgate their home. We've designed Techspace Aldgate East specifically for technology companies who need more than just desks and WiFi. Our 35,000 square feet houses everything from five-person offices to entire floors that accommodate nearly 100 people. Each space gets plenty of natural light through recently renovated windows, and we keep the building accessible 24/7 because we know tech teams don't always work nine to five. The Studio offers day passes and hotdesk memberships when you need flexibility rather than commitment. Beyond the private offices, we've built in the infrastructure tech companies actually use. High-speed internet runs throughout the building, meeting rooms are bookable when you need them, and breakout areas give teams space to collaborate away from their desks. Our terraces provide fresh air between coding sessions, while practical touches like secure storage, bike racks, and showers mean cycling to work actually works. We're also pet-friendly because some of our best debugging happens with four-legged colleagues around. The location puts you right between the City and Tech districts. Aldgate East station is a two-minute walk, Aldgate takes four minutes, and Tower Gateway is five minutes away. Spitalfields Market sits just around the corner, surrounded by the cafes, bars and restaurants that make this part of East London such a draw for tech talent.
