Walk into LABS 90 High Holborn and you'll immediately notice how the floor-to-ceiling windows transform our workspace. Natural light pours through nine floors of offices and meeting rooms, creating an environment where people genuinely want to work. We're right in the heart of it all, just a few minutes from Holborn station, making it simple for your team and clients to reach us whether they're coming from the financial district or the West End. Our building offers something for everyone - from freelancers who need a professional base to established companies requiring space for 80+ desks. We've designed each floor with variety in mind. You'll find private offices starting from just 2 desks, communal areas where ideas flow naturally, and meeting rooms that work equally well for boardroom presentations or creative brainstorming sessions. Several floors open onto external terraces where you can take your laptop outside or grab coffee with a colleague. The practical details matter here. We're open 24 hours because we know work doesn't always fit into traditional hours. There's bike storage and showers for those who cycle in, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, and yes, you can bring your dog - we're pet-friendly. Our ground floor reception includes a café where you can meet clients or take a proper break, and we've installed a fully equipped gym for when you need to clear your head. As part of the LABS network, booking meeting rooms across our other locations comes as standard when you're based here. Our event spaces work brilliantly for everything from corporate presentations to networking sessions. Most of our clients particularly appreciate the abundant natural light in our meeting rooms - it makes a real difference during long working days.
